
4月の全社会議では、全員による1分間スピーチからスタート。「広告業界に飛び込んだ背景」や「当時の夢やビジョン」を共有しました。
続いて新入社員紹介を実施。
後半のグループワークでは、事前課題として持ち寄った新規クライアント候補や新サービス案を交換し、実現性も踏まえながら意見を深めました。各グループでの共有・発表を通じて、New Businessを一人ひとりが自分事として考えるきっかけとなる時間になりました。
各アイディアは今後精査を行い、ビジネス化の可能性を探っていく予定です。
The April Agency Meeting began with one-minute speeches from every team member, sharing the vision and aspirations that inspired them to enter the advertising industry.
This was followed by new joiner introductions.
In the latter half, participants exchanged ideas around potential new clients and new service concepts they had prepared in advance, discussing them with feasibility in mind.
Through group sharing and presentations, the session became an opportunity for everyone to think about new business as a personal responsibility, rather than an abstract concept.
All submitted ideas will be reviewed moving forward, with a view toward exploring their potential for commercialization.
